RASOI’s Gujarati & Rajasthani cuisine is unique in many ways from other Indian culinary traditions. Gujarati & Rajsthani are one of the few cultures in which the majority of people are vegetarians who have evolved from the region’s religious ideologies and beliefs. At RASOI, you’ll get a lot of delicacies and a variety of mouth-watering dishes with Unlimited Thali and a different menu every day.

There is a saying in Indian tradition that any work we begin with must begin with sweet food, and so our Thali begins with mitai such as the famous Moongdal Hallwa, Shahi Tukda, Jalebi, Malpuha, Basundi, Rabdi, Gulab Jamun, Dhudi Hallwa, Gaajar Hallwa, Mohantal Liquid, Mandhur Millan, Shwaiya Kheer, Apple Kheer, Apple Hallwa, Banana Hallwa and many more.
